Electronic voting will be available to shareholders registered in the Tadawulaty services starting from 01:00 a.m. on Saturday, 16/05/2026, and will remain available until the end of the Assembly meeting.

The Company would like to emphasize that registration in the Tadawulaty service and electronic voting are available free of charge to all shareholders through the following link:
