Announcement Detail	With reference to the results of the Extraordinary General Assembly Meeting of Digital Research Company (DRC) (the “Company”), held on 27/06/1447H corresponding to 18/12/2025G, during which the amendment of Article (14) of the Company’s Bylaws related to the management of the Company was approved regarding reducing the number of Board members from nine (9) to five (5) members, and with reference to the Company’s announcement published on the Tadawul website on 21/12/2025G regarding the resignation of the Chairman of the Board, the Vice Chairman, and two Board members, the Company announces the resolutions of the Board of Directors issued on Sunday 1/07/ 1447H corresponding to21/12/2025G as follows: 1- The appointment of Mr. / Fahad Abdullah Suliman Alsaawi (Non-Executive Member) as Chairman of the Board of Directors. effective from 21/12/2025 until the end of the current Board’s term on 4/05/2027 2- The appointment of Mr. / Ziyad Ibrahim Abdulaziz Altuwaijri (Independent ) as Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors effective from 21/12/2025 until the end of the current Board’s term on 4/05/2027 3- The appointment of the Company's representatives before the Capital Market Authority (CMA) and the Saudi Exchange Company (Tadawul) for all matters related to the implementation of the Capital Market Law and its implementing regulations.
