Element List	Explanation
The reason of the increase (decrease) in the sales/ revenues during the current quarter compared to the same quarter of the last year is	Revenues decreased by 9% during the first quarter of 2026 compared to the corresponding quarter of 2025, mainly due to a 12% decline in aggregate sales volumes, as aggregates represent the largest share of the Company’s revenues, in addition to a 47% decrease in spare parts revenues. This was despite a 12% growth in asphalt sales; however, such growth was not sufficient to offset the decline in sales during the period
The reason of the increase (decrease) in the net profit during the current quarter compared to the same quarter of the last year is	Net profit during the first quarter of 2026 decreased to SAR 9.2 million, compared to SAR 23.15 million during the corresponding quarter of 2025, representing a decline of approximately 60%. This was mainly attributable to lower operating profit resulting from the decline in revenues and the decrease in gross profit margin from 23% to 15%. Net profit was also impacted by lower other income during the period.
The reason of the increase (decrease) in the sales/ revenues during the current quarter compared to the previous one is	Revenues decreased by 20% during the first quarter of 2026 compared to the previous quarter, mainly due to a 19% decline in aggregate sales volumes, in addition to a 44% decrease in spare parts revenues
The reason of the increase (decrease) in the net profit (loss) during the current quarter compared to the previous one is	Net profit during the first quarter of 2026 decreased to SAR 9.2 million, compared to SAR 25.5 million in the previous quarter, representing a decline of approximately 64%. This was mainly attributable to a 20% decrease in sales and the decline in gross profit margin from 23% to 15%.
