The Ordinary General Assembly approved the financial statements, Board of Directors’ report, and external auditor’s report for the fiscal year ended December 31, 2025.
A new seven-member Board of Directors was elected, with Mr. Hussein bin Ali bin Hussein Shobokshi appointed as Chairman and Mr. Youssef Mohamed Medhat Youssef El Far as Vice Chairman and CEO.
Mr. Mohamed Ahmed Mahmoud Abu Al-Qasim from UHY United was appointed as the company's auditor for the financial year ending December 31, 2026.
Shareholders approved the 2025 corporate governance report and disclosure reports covering Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) and Task Force on Climate-related Financial Disclosures (TCFD) practices.
