Spinneys 1961 Holding PLC announced the retirement of Deputy Chief Executive Officer Mr. Paresh Buch, effective June 17, 2026.
Mr. Buch has been appointed as an Executive Advisor for a two-year term, commencing June 18, 2026.
In his new role, he will provide strategic advisory services to the company’s senior management and Board of Directors.
