Middle East Paper Co. Announces the appointment of the Chairman and the Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors, the formation of the Board committees, the appointment of the company’s representatives to the Capital Market Authority (CMA) and the Saudi Tadawul Group

The Middle East Paper Company is pleased to announce the resolution of the Board of Directors in its meeting held on 15 / 11 / 2025 to appoint the Chairman and the Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors, the formation of the Board Committees, the appointment of the company’s representatives to the Capital Market Authority (CMA) and the Saudi Tadawul Group, as follows:

First: Appointing Mr. Musaab Sulaiman AlMuhaidib (Non-Executive member) - Chairman of the Board of Directors.

Second: Appointing Mr. Walid Ibrahim Shukri (Non-Executive member) - Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors.

Third: The formation of the Nominations and Remunerations Committee members, as follows:

1) Mr. Majed Mosa AlEsmail (Independent member).

2) Mr. Robertus Johannes Renders (Non-Executive member).

3) Mr. Farid Habib (Non-Executive member).

4) Ms. Nathalie Potvin (External member).

Fourth: The formation of the Strategic and Executive Committee members, as follows:

1) Mr. Farid Habib (Non- Executive member).

2) Mr. Feras Samir AlBaiyat (Non- Executive member).

3)Mr. Robertus Johannes Renders (Non-Executive member).

4) Mr. Rakan Mohammed Abunayyan (Independent member).

Fifth: The formation of the Risk and Sustainability Committee members, as follows:

1) Mr. Walid Ibrahim Shukri (Non-Executive member).

2) Mr. Musaab Sulaiman AlMuhaidib (Non-Executive member).

3) Eng. Tarek Abdulaziz AlRikhaimi ((External member).

Sixth: The formation of the members of the Audit committee will be announced in a separate announcement as per disclosure requirements.

Seventh: The Board secretary and the company's representatives have been appointed to the Capital Market Authority (CMA) and to Tadawul Saudi Arabia for all purposes related to the implementation of the Capital Market Law and its implementing regulations.
