He has more than 25 years of practical experience in the fields of corporate governance, internal auditing, auditing, and risk management, and possesses extensive practical experience in developing internal control systems, enhancing institutional compliance, and improving performance efficiency and transparency within organizations. He has held several leadership and consultancy positions, most notably leading internal audit operations, in addition to his professional contributions in training and qualifying personnel in the fields of governance and internal auditing. He also has membership and experience in boards of directors and specialized committees, having participated in membership and chairing of audit, auditing, and governance committees in several major companies, contributing to strengthening the role of these committees in overseeing financial reports, internal control systems, and risk management according to the best professional practices. |
