Al Ramz Corporation reported a net profit after tax of AED 35.8 million for the six-month period ended 30 June 2026, nearly doubling the AED 18.8 million recorded in the same period of 2025.
Total net income grew to AED 105.9 million from AED 66.7 million YoY, driven by a 103% surge in corporate finance and advisory income to AED 30.5 million and a 35% increase in net commission income.
Finance income from margin receivables rose to AED 40.3 million, reflecting expanded lending activity that also resulted in a significant AED 272.3 million increase in margin and trade receivables, leading to net cash outflows from operating activities of AED 271.1 million.
Basic and diluted earnings per share increased to AED 0.065 from AED 0.034, while the company declared and paid AED 38.5 million in dividends during the period.
