Saudi Chemical Company Holding Announces an update on its Board of Directors invitation to its Shareholders to Attend the Ordinary General Assembly Meeting (First Meeting)

The Company would like to refer to the fact that the new distribution date is consistent with the article (46) on Implementing Regulation of the Companies Law for Listed Joint Stock Companies which states that:

“The Board must implement the General Assembly resolution with respect to dividend distribution to the Registered Shareholders within fifteen (15) business days from the date they become entitled to such dividends as determined in such resolution, or the Board’s resolution for the distribution of interim dividends.”
