(FADECO) and has more than 15 years of experience in financial management, financial reporting, budgeting, and strengthening internal control systems across FMCG, manufacturing, construction, retail, and distribution sectors. He is a Certified Management Accountant (CMA) and holds an MBA and a bachelor's degree in accounting, in addition to certifications in leadership skills and forensic accounting. He also has professional experience in Lebanon, the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, and Nigeria, and has led ERP implementation and finance transformation projects. Prior to joining FADECO, he served as Financial Controller at Alfransi Complex for Aluminium, Financial Controller at Delifrost Caterers Nigeria Limited, and Senior Financial Analyst at Medco Group. This appointment comes as part of the Company’s commitment to strengthening its financial function, enhancing financial performance efficiency, and implementing best governance practices, in support of the Company’s future growth and expansion plans.
