Change Details	In 2020, SAR 450 million was invested in Real Estate Investment Fund. During the investment period, Jadwa REIT Saudi Fund (“the Fund”) received total cash proceeds of SAR 680,253,616, including SAR 107,479,992 from a full exit through the sale of the remaining units in the secondary market. This corresponds to a 51% return on investment, with an internal rate of return (IRR) of 13.76%. This transaction provides the fund with high flexibility and strengthens its financial position. The sale proceeds will be deployed across several strategic options, including but not limited to: • Acquiring high-quality, income-generating real estate assets. • Partially repaying existing bank facilities, thereby reducing the fund’s financial obligations. We confirm that there are no related parties involved in the unit sale transaction.
The Impact Caused by the Change	The financial impact is expected to be positive overall and will be reflected in the fund’s results for the second quarter of 2026.
