GAS Arabian Services Co. announces its Interim Financial results for the Period Ending on 2026-06-30 ( Six Months )

GAS Arabian Services reported a 15.4% increase in net profit for the first half of 2026, reaching SAR 80.9 million compared to SAR 70.1 million in the same period last year. For the second quarter alone, net profit rose 10.1% year-on-year to SAR 42.8 million, supported by a 12% sequential growth compared to the previous quarter.
Total revenue for the six-month period climbed 13.1% to SAR 725.8 million, driven by the successful execution of orders and improved performance across the technical service and manufacturing segments. Quarterly revenue saw a similar upward trend, increasing 14% year-on-year to SAR 364.4 million.
Profitability growth was primarily driven by the higher revenue volumes and an increased share of profit from joint ventures. These factors contributed to a 14.3% rise in operational profit for the first half, which totaled SAR 81.1 million.
The company’s financial position strengthened with total shareholders' equity rising 17.8% year-on-year to SAR 516.3 million. Earnings per share (EPS) for the period increased to SAR 0.514, up from SAR 0.445 in the previous year.
