Contract Value	SAR 77,000,000 (excluding Value Added Tax).
Contract Details	The contract includes the execution of all turnkey works for the project, including structural and architectural works, finishing works, electrical and mechanical services, safety and protection systems, air-conditioning and ventilation works, and site works, in accordance with the contract documents, their annexes, and the applicable regulations.
Contract Duration	12 months
Financial Impact and the Relevant Period	It is expected, God willing, that the project will have a positive impact on the Company’s results upon completion of the project.
Related Parties	Mr. Hossam bin Abdulrahman Al Majed has an indirect interest as a related party, by virtue of being one of the major shareholders in the Company holding more than 5% of the Company’s shares directly and indirectly
Additional Information	It is worth noting that this transaction has been conducted in accordance with the procedures adopted by the Company and under the same terms and conditions applied to all contractors, without any preferential terms.
