Results of BOD Meeting

Al Sagr National Insurance Co. (ASNIC) elected Mr. Jasim Hussain Ahmed Al Ali as Chairman of the Board and Ms. Fatima Marzouq Mohammed Ali Al Ali as Deputy Chairperson during its meeting on July 2, 2026.
The Board approved the formation of the Audit Committee, Risk Committee, Nomination and Remuneration Committee, and Executive Committee.
Appointment of specific members to these committees is pending the finalization of the Board composition and required regulatory approvals.
