Introduction	Further to Riyadh Steel Company's announcement published on the Tadawul website on June 2, 2025, regarding the results of the Extraordinary General Assembly Meeting (first meeting), which was held on Wednesday,05-12- 1446 AH (corresponding to June 1, 2025 AD), via modern technology, the company would like to clarify that during the meeting, approval was given to appoint Al-Zoman, Al-Fahad & Al-Hajj Professional Consulting Company as the company's auditor, from among the candidates nominated based on the Audit Committee's recommendation. The auditor will review, audit, and examine the financial statements for the second, third, and annual quarters of fiscal year 2025, as well as the first quarter of fiscal year 2026. The auditor's fees were set at SAR 325,000.
