Addendum Announcement from Al Gassim Investment Holding Company in regards to its announcement of the formation of Audit Committee

-Appointing Mr. Bader Hamad A. Alkadi – non-executive Board member – as a chairman of the committee.

Mr. Bader holds a Master's Degree in Public relations and Communications from University of Westminster, UK. And a Bachelor's Degree in English language from King Saud University. He has held several executive position in various companies.

-Appointing Mr. Rasheed Sulaiman I. Alrasheed – independent Board member – as a member of the committee.

Mr. Rasheed holds a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting from King Saud University and has extensive experiences in the financial fields, and held several executive positions in various companies and banks.
