Contract Details	This Agreement aims to support the Company’s expansion strategy and strengthen its presence in the Saudi market by contracting with one of the subsidiaries of the Public Investment Fund ) PIF( to supply hand tool sets to CEER Company’s maintenance centers.
Contract Duration	three (3) years commencing from the date of signing the Agreement.
Financial Impact and the Relevant Period	The effect shall reflect on the duration of the Agreement and shall be based on the tasks assigned and the value of the purchase orders during the term of the Agreement.
