| Brief Resume of the Appointed Member | An Assistant Professor in the Department of Architecture at the College of Architecture and Planning at King Saud University, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. He is a member of the Board of Directors of Cenomi Retail since August 12, 2023, and also serves on the Board of Saudi Finance Company. He was a member of the Board of Directors of Arabian Shield Cooperative Insurance Company, and was later appointed as Vice Chairman of the Board during the period from July 16, 2020, to June 5, 2023. He previously held the position of Executive Director at Onaas Contracting and Technical Consulting Company, served as an advisor to the Saudi Minister of Transport, and was a member of the Makkah Region Council representing the Ministry of Transport.
