Al-Jouf Agricultural Development Co. Announces that it has received notice of an amending in the prices of fuel products used in the production

The Company would like to clarify to its valued shareholders that the impact of this amendment will result in an increase in production and distribution costs. Accordingly, the Company announces that the direct financial impact is estimated at approximately 2% of total costs, based on the latest audited annual financial statements for the year 2024. This impact is expected to appear starting from the first quarter of 2026.

It is worth noting that, at the end of 2024, the Company joined the Industrial Sector Competitiveness Program, which will contribute to reducing the financial impact and improving energy consumption efficiency.

The Company also reaffirms its full commitment and continuous efforts to enhance the efficiency of its operational processes and improve productivity by implementing the best available procedures and practices to strengthen and sustainably develop its business. This comes in addition to maximizing the benefits of the competitive infrastructure available in the Kingdom to achieve its sustainable strategic objectives and ensure the protection of its shareholders’ rights.
