Salama Cooperative Insurance Company announces the receipt of a no-objection from the Insurance Authority, including the approval for the formation of the Risk Management Committee.

Based on the resolution of the newly elected Board of Directors regarding the formation of the Risk Management Committee dated 14/10/2025G, subject to obtaining the no-objection from the Insurance Authority.

Salama Cooperative Insurance Company would like to announce the receipt of the Insurance Authority’s No Objection Letter dated 14 Jumada Al-Awwal 1447H (corresponding to 05 November 2025G), approving the formation of the Risk Management Committee for the current Board term (11 September 2025G – 10 September 2029G), as follows:
