| The reason of the increase (decrease) in the sales/ revenues during the current year compared to the last year | The Revenue for the year ended 31 December 2025 reached SAR 997.66 million, representing an increase of 2.44%, or SAR 23.72 million, compared to SAR 973.94 million for the year ended 31 December 2024. This growth was mainly driven by the following: 1) Growth in Flour revenue by 7.86% or SAR 42.02 million, driven by the company's strong strategy on getting more Market share in B2B and B2C segments. 2) Higher Feed revenue with an increase of 3.65% or SAR 6.73 million mainly from Livestock segment. 3) Bran sales declined due to the increased usage of Bran to prioritize Feed production, aligning with the Company strategy and responding to the higher demand in the Feed Market. |
