Contract Duration	Renewal of the current contract for an additional year, starting after its expiration on December 31, 2025, and extending until December 31, 2026.
Financial Impact and the Relevant Period	The contract extension is expected to support the continued generation of revenue and profits and to strengthen the company’s financial position, with the resulting financial impact anticipated to begin at the start of 2026.

Additional Information	It is worth noting that on 10/11/1446 AH (corresponding to 08/05/2025), an addendum to the main contract was received, including the operation of seven (7) additional medical clinics. These were incorporated into the existing contract for the operation of thirty-one (31) clinics, which was originally set to expire on 31/12/2025. Subsequently, on 29/05/1447 AH (corresponding to 20/11/2025), the contract was extended to cover the total number of clinics for an additional year, ending on 31/12/2026.
