Al-Etihad Cooperative Insurance Company received a "no objection" from the Insurance Authority on March 25, 2026, regarding the appointment of board leadership and the formation of board committees.
Mr. Yousef Saad Al Saad was appointed as Chairman of the Board, and Mr. Naif Saud Al Turairi was appointed as Vice Chairman for a term ending February 16, 2029.
