Abdulaziz Fahad AlKhayal, (Non-Executive Board Member, Chairman of the Executive and Investment Committee, and Member of the Remuneration and Nomination Committee), who passed away on Thursday, 10 Muharram 1448H, corresponding to June 25, 2026G. The Board of Directors and all company employees extend their deepest condolences and sincere sympathy to the family of the deceased, praying to Allah Almighty to bestow His vast mercy and forgiveness upon him, to grant him a place in His spacious paradise, and to inspire us, his family, and his loved ones with patience and solace.
