Mr. Mohamed Elsayed Abdallah Mohamed – External Audit Committee Member

Mr. Ahmed Ahmed Mohamed Abdelhamid – External Audit Committee Member

Mr. Mohamed Elsayed Abdallah Mohamed possesses extensive professional experience in finance, investment, and auditing. He currently serves as the Chief Financial Officer of Abdulrahman Saad Al-Rashed & Sons Holding Company. He also serves on the boards of directors and audit committees of various companies and investment funds, including listed real estate funds and companies operating in the investment, real estate development, contracting, production, and services sectors.

He has over twenty years of practical experience in financial management, accounting, and internal auditing, and holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from the Faculty of Commerce, Alexandria University.

Mr. Ahmed Abdel Hamid Mansour has over 24 years of professional experience in financial management, governance, risk management, and internal control. He has held numerous leadership positions in the finance departments of various companies and groups operating across diverse sectors. He currently serves as the Group Chief Financial Officer and is a financial and strategic advisor to boards of directors and executive management in the areas of financial planning and investment decision-making.

He possesses extensive experience in developing governance frameworks and ensuring compliance with International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS). His expertise also extends to capital structuring, financial planning, analysis, financial operations management, and the implementation of digital transformation projects for financial systems. He is a member of several audit committees in companies operating in the industrial, service, and investment sectors.

He is a member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA), holds a Diploma in International Financial Reporting Standards (DIPIFR), a Master of Business Administration (MBA), a Bachelor of Science in Accounting and Finance, and several professional certifications specializing in risk analysis, zakat and tax, and management accounting.
