| Brief Resume of the Appointed Member | Mr. AlBuainain began his career with Aramco in 1989. Ibrahim Q. AlBuainain has been appointed Executive Vice President of Global Manufacturing, effective September 01, 2023. Prior to this, he had been serving as Senior Vice President of Sales, Trading & Supply, since February 2022, overseeing the company’s global trading and sales of crude oil and LPG, it’s hydrocarbon supply planning network, which includes the company’s domestic sales of refined products, and feedstock.
