O2 Slovakia successfully completes the acquisition of UPC Slovakia

O2 Slovakia completed the 100% acquisition of UPC Broadband Slovakia s.r.o. from Liberty Global for EUR 95 million on a cash-free, debt-free basis.
The transaction was financed through cash by O2 Slovakia and e& PPF Telecom Group BV.
UPC Slovakia's financials will be consolidated into e& PPF Telecom's results starting May 2026, with an expected immaterial impact on e&'s overall financials.
The acquisition aims to strengthen O2 Slovakia's market position through fully converged services and operational efficiencies.
