Dhul-Qi’dah 1447 AH corresponding to April 22nd, 2026 G, regarding inviting its valued shareholders to participate and vote in the Ordinary General Assembly meeting (first meeting), which is scheduled to be held, at 18:30 KSA (15:30 UTC) Sunday 30 Dhul-Qi’dah 1447 AH corresponding to May 17th, 2026 G, through a virtual meeting.

Acwa would like to remind its valued shareholders that electronic voting has started today, Thursday, May 14, 2026 G, corresponding to Dhul-Qi’dah 27, 1447 AH, through the Tadawulaty platform via the following website. (https://login.tadawulaty.com.sa/ir/user/login.xhtml )

We would also like to inform you that the General Assembly will be broadcast live through the link available on the Tadawulaty system, and shareholders will be able to submit their questions and inquiries during the meeting.
