Abu Dhabi National Hotels reported Q1 2026 revenue of AED 863 million (down 2% YoY) and net profit of AED 108 million (down 31% YoY), primarily impacted by regional uncertainty and military operations in the UAE.
EBITDA decreased 14% year-on-year to AED 233 million with a margin of 27%, driven by reduced tourism flows in the hotel segment and higher material costs in the catering division.
Segment performance varied, with Catering revenue rising 13% to AED 464 million due to increased stakes in Food Nation and Compass Arabia, while Hotel revenue fell 10% to AED 376 million and Transport revenue dropped to AED 44 million.
The Group implemented immediate cost-containment and cash-preservation measures across all entities and completed a 2025 dividend payment of AED 378 million, representing a 6.88% yield.
