Latest Developments Of The Announced Event	During the past period, the Company successfully completed a financing tranche amounting to SAR 60 million through an electronic platform, while the remaining financing tranches approved under the program were not completed. Following the completion of discussions with Sukuk Capital Company, the Company and Sukuk Capital Company mutually agreed to terminate the program and not proceed with the remaining financing tranches. Accordingly, the Board of Directors approved on 23 June 2026 the termination of the aforementioned Sukuk Program.
