| Additional Information | The company's management would like to inform all its valued shareholders of the necessity of updating their bank data to ensure that cash dividends are deposited directly into their accounts. The company would also like to draw the attention of non-resident shareholders in the Kingdom to the fact that profits will be subject to a withholding tax of 5% when such profits are transferred or deposited into their bank accounts in accordance with the provisions of Article 68 of the Income Tax Law and Article 63 of its Executive Regulations.
