Aljazira Takaful Taawuni Co. Announces formation of committees emanating from the Board of Directors.

Aljazira Takaful would like to announce that it has received the non-objection letter from the Insurance Authority dated 17/04/1447 corresponding to 09/10/2025, which includes approval for the formation of the committees emanating from the Board of Directors for the current term, which begins on 17 July 2025 and ends on 16 July 2028.

The formation of the Board subcommittees includes the following (Executive Committee, Nomination & Remuneration Committee, Risk Committee, Investment Committee). The appointment of the Chairmen and members of these committees is as follows:

• Executive Committee:

1. Naif AlAbdulkarim – Chairman

2. Sager Nadershah – Member

3. Sami Almehaid. – Member

4. Mohammed Al-Mousa – Member

5. Ashraf Bseisu – Member

• Nomination & Remuneration Committee:

3. Ibrahim Al-Sultan – Member

5. Faisal Al-Mansour – Member

• Investment Committee:
