Announcement Detail	Saudi Reinsurance Company (“Saudi Re”) announces that it has received on 01/10/2025 corresponding to 04/09/1447H a confirmation statement from its Sharia Advisor, Shariyah Review Bureau (“SRB”) and its appointed Sharia Supervisory Committee (“SSC”) on the completion of the review of the Company’s activities. The statement confirms that the Company’s activities mentioned below are consistent with the Sharia Guidelines, as stipulated by the SSC: 1. Separation of Accounts for both Shareholder & Policyholder pools. 2. Investments made by Shareholder & Policyholders pools. The SSC will work with SRB to continue leading the ongoing supervision and monitoring of Saudi Re with regards to the above mentioned activities and related processes from a Sharia perspective. It will also administrate the annual Sharia audit in accordance with the AAOIFI-GSIFI No.2. The Shariah certificate can be viewed through the company's website.
