Methodology of Convening the General Assembly’s Meeting	Via modern technology means
Attendance Eligibility, Registration Eligibility, and Voting End	All shareholders duly registered in the Company register at the Securities Depository Center (“Edaa”) at the end of the trading session preceding the meeting and in accordance with the laws and regulations are entitled to attend the meeting, in addition to their rights to assign other than the members of the board of the Company. They shall register their attendance and vote through the Tadawulaty platform noting that the right to register to attend the general assembly ends at the time of convening the EGM and the attendees right to vote on the items on the general assembly’s agenda ends upon the end of screening the votes by the Screening Committee.
Quorum for Convening the General Assembly's Meeting	As per Article No. (30) of Jahez bylaws, the Extraordinary General Assembly Meeting shall not be valid unless attended by Shareholders representing at least 50% of the Capital. If this quorum cannot be attained at the first meeting, a second meeting shall be called to be held within an hour following the time set for the first meeting. In all cases, the second meeting shall be valid unless attended by Shareholders representing at least 25% of the Capital.

Details of the electronic voting on the Assembly’s agenda	All shareholders registered in Tadawulaty service will be able to vote electronically on the Extraordinary General Assembly’s agenda. Electronic voting will start Sunday at 01:00AM on 07-09-2025 corresponding to 15-03-1447H and will last until the end of the Extraordinary General Assembly time. Please note that registration in Tadawulaty service and voting is free of charge for all Shareholders via: http://tadawulaty.com.sa
