BHM Capital reported a net profit of AED 25.2 million for the six-month period ended 30 June 2026, marking a 13.7% increase compared to the AED 22.2 million achieved during the same period in 2025.
Total income rose significantly by 24.9% to AED 119 million, bolstered primarily by a 42.7% surge in income from margin trading which reached AED 64.1 million, alongside a 15.8% increase in commission and advisory income.
The growth in profitability was partially offset by a sharp rise in financial costs, which nearly doubled from AED 21.1 million to AED 39.1 million year-on-year, reflecting increased borrowing expenses.
During the period, the Group distributed AED 20 million in dividends and increased its share capital to AED 460 million through the issuance of AED 60 million in bonus shares; additionally, the company formally cancelled the proposed acquisition of Al Waqan Capital Investment LLC following a shareholder resolution in April 2026.
