Summery of the Lawsuit and its Reasons	Rawafed Almostaqbal Company purchased an existing debt owed by Saudi Cables Company in favor of Noble Resources International Pte. Ltd. in the amount of SAR 101,920,969 (one hundred one million nine hundred twenty thousand nine hundred sixty-nine Saudi riyals), after Future Rafid Company obtained a discount of SAR 68,170,969 (sixty-eight million one hundred seventy thousand nine hundred sixty-nine Saudi riyals) from the original debt amount. Subsequently, Rawafed Almostaqbal Company demanded that Saudi Cables Company convert the full amount of SAR 101,920,969 (one hundred one million nine hundred twenty thousand nine hundred sixty-nine Saudi riyals) into shares at the nominal value of ten Saudi riyals (SAR 10) per share, based on a contract signed between the former management of Saudi Cables Company and Rawafed Almostaqbal Company, without the existence of statutory authority granting the former signatories of Saudi Cables Company the power to execute such contract. The reasons for filing the lawsuit are that the contract contains a number of formal and substantive violations, and that the Board of Directors (the duly authorized body) rejected the agreement pursuant to its resolution dated 17/07/2024.

The Company would like to make it clear to its valued shareholders that in the event of the rejection of the lawsuit by a final ruling, the matter will remain as it is, and the Company would like to note that if the lawsuit is accepted by a final ruling, the situation will return to the way it was before the signing of the agreement.
