| Announcement Detail | Kingdom Holding Company ("KHC" or the "Company") wishes to provide shareholders and the market with an update on its investment in "SpaceX". With reference to the Company’s previous announcement on 16/02/2026 regarding its investment in xAI / SpaceX, as a result, KHC currently holds a 0.34 % stake in SpaceX, with a carrying value of SAR 16.76 billion (USD 4.47 billion) in the Company's financial statements as at 31 March 2026, classified as an investment at fair value through other comprehensive income (FVOCI). KHC notes that SpaceX has filed for an IPO with the SEC for listing on NASDAQ, as disclosed in publicly available filings. The Company wishes to clarify that the final IPO share price and the resulting valuation of SpaceX have not yet been officially confirmed or announced. Various market estimates and media reports have referenced a range of potential valuations; however, KHC is not in a position to confirm any specific valuation at this stage. For the purpose of informing shareholders, KHC sets out below the estimated illustrative impact on the fair value of its SpaceX investment at two different valuation levels. The actual impact will be determined once the final IPO price is confirmed. • At a SpaceX total valuation of USD 1.25 trillion (which represents the current book value basis as at 31 March 2026), KHC's current stake in Space X is SAR 16.76 billion (USD 4.47 billion). • Should the valuation reach USD 1.75 trillion, KHC's estimated stake in Space X would increase to approximately SAR 21.26 billion (USD 5.67 billion), representing an additional increase of SAR 4.5 billion (USD 1.2 billion) over current book value. *All above figures are indicative and subject to change pending confirmation of the final SpaceX IPO share price. For completeness and transparency, KHC wishes to disclose that His Royal Highness Prince Alwaleed Bin Talal Bin Abdulaziz AlSaud, the majority shareholder and Chairman of the Board of Directors of KHC, holds, in his personal capacity and independently of KHC, approximately 0.29% of SpaceX shares, representing a separate and distinct investment from that of KHC. |
