| Additional Information | Comprehensive income for the same period last year was less than net profit, mainly due to the exchange losses related to the subsidiary in Egypt as a result of the Egyptian authorities’ decision to devalue the Egyptian pound against foreign currencies, including the Saudi Riyal. The company adopts the cost model for measurement of investment properties. A new showroom was opened on 12/1/2025 inside Red Sea Mall at King Abdul Aziz Road in Jeddah.
