Alwasail Industrial Co. Announces the cancellation of the Investment Committee and the formation of the Executive Committee and the appointment of its members.

The company announces the issuance of a Board of Directors resolution (by circulation) dated April 19, 2026, approving the dissolution of the Investment Committee and the formation of the Executive Committee, with the following members:

1. Mr. Saleh Abdullah Al-Mushaiqih - Chairman of the Committee (Non-Executive Member).

2. Eng. Musaed Sulaiman Al-Awahli - Member of the Committee (Non-Executive Member).

3. Mr. Rakan Mohammed Abu Nayan - Member of the Committee (Independent Member).

4. Mr. Firas Samir Al-Bayat - Member of the Committee (Member from outside the Board).

This amendment shall be effective from the date of the resolution until the end of the current Board of Directors term on December 21, 2027.
