Fawaz Abdulaziz Alhokair Company (Cenomi Retail) Announces the Resignation of six Board Members and the Appointment of four Board Members

(1) Mr. Fawaz Abdulaziz Alhokair (Chairman of the Board);

(2) Mr. Abdulmajeed Abdulaziz Alhokair (Vice Chairman of the Board);

(3) Mr. Ahmed Mohammed AlSheikh;

(4) Mr. Ahmed Badawi Shaheen;

(5) Mr. Abdulmajeed Abdullah Albasri; and

(6) Mr. Mansour Saad Alajlan.

And the approval of the appointment of the following individuals in four of the vacant seats of the Board:

(1) Mr. Hussein Ali Shobokshi, as an independent member;

(2) Mr. Ahmed Wassim Arabi, as a non-executive member;

(3) Mr. Ismail Hassan Elkhatib, as a non-executive member; and

(4) Mr. Russell Rodrigues, as a non-executive member.
