Suspend trading on Sharjah Cement and Industrial Development Co.-SCIDC shares on 12 May 2026 at 11:00 AM

Trading of Sharjah Cement and Industrial Development Co. (SCIDC) shares will be temporarily suspended on 12 May 2026 starting at 11:00 AM.
The suspension is due to a Board of Directors meeting scheduled to take place during the ADX trading session.
Trading will remain suspended until the Abu Dhabi Securities Exchange (ADX) receives the results of the board meeting.
