Attendance Eligibility, Registration Eligibility, and Voting End	Each shareholder registered in the issuers shareholders record at the Edaa Center by the end of the trade session prior to the Ordinary general assembly meeting(AGM) and in accordance with the laws and regulations, and The shareholder has the right to delegate whomever other than the Board of Directors. The eligibility to register attendance at the AGM meeting ends at the time of the AGM meeting, and the right to vote on the AGM's agenda for the attendees ends when the counting committee finishes counting votes.
Quorum for Convening the General Assembly's Meeting	According to Article (30) of Aslak’s bylaws, The AGM Meeting shall be valid only if attended by shareholders representing at least (25%) of Aslak’s capital. In the absence of a quorum required for holding this meeting, a second meeting will be held one hour after the end of the period specified for the first meeting, and the second meeting shall be valid regardless of the number of shares represented
