Memorandum Subject	1- Cooperation to localize specialized industries within the Libyan state in a way that contributes to supporting the Libyan economy, creating job opportunities and developing the Libyan workforce. 2- Transfer of manufacturing technologies available at the Amiantit Group of Companies according to the needs of the Libyan state, for example: the manufacture of fiberglass pipes of various types such as (GRP/GRE), polyethylene pipes (HDPE), valves and other products available at the Group. 3- Cooperation to establish joint factories to meet the needs of infrastructure projects in the Libyan state. 4- Providing all technical details related to raw materials and production lines, to study the possibility of providing them locally in Libya.
