Announcement Detail	The Board of Directors of the National Agricultural Development Company (NADEC) is pleased to announce the Board of Directors’ resolution issued at its meeting held on 17/12/1447H corresponding to 03/06/2026G, which included the approval of the appointment of the Vice Chairman of the Board, the reconstitution of the Executive Committee, and the addition of a member to the Nomination and Remuneration Committee, both formed by the Board of Directors, as follows: First: Appointing Mr. Amr Abdulaziz Aljallal, Independent Board Member, as Vice Chairman of the Board. Second: Reconstituting the Executive Committee as follows: 1- Mr. Abdulaziz Saleh Alrebdi, Non-Executive Board Member, as Chairman of the Committee. 2- H.E. Eng. Abdulrahman Abdulmohsen AlFadley, Non-Executive Board Member, as Member. 3- Mr. Amr Abdulaziz Aljallal, Independent Board Member, as Member. 4- Mr. Ahmed Saud Shahini, Non-Executive Board Member, as Member. 5- Mr. Mohamed Galal Fahmy, Non-Executive Board Member, as Member. Third: Amending the composition of the Nomination and Remuneration Committee by adding Dr. Nasser Zaid Almeshary as a member of the Committee, without any change to the membership of the existing members, to be composed as follows: 1- Mr. Amr Abdulaziz Aljallal, Independent Board Member, as Chairman of the Committee. 2- Dr. Nasser Zaid Almeshary, Independent Board Member, as Member. 3- Mr. Ahmed Saud Shahini, Non-Executive Board Member, as Member. 4- Mr. Alaa Abdullah Alhashem, Non-Executive Board Member, as Member. These resolutions shall be effective as of the date of the Board of Directors’ meeting held on 03/06/2026G and until the end of the current Board term on 10/04/2028G. The Board of Directors also expresses its sincere thanks and appreciation to Dr. Nasser Zaid Almeshary and Dr. Sulaiman Abdulaziz Altwaijri, in recognition of their valuable efforts and contributions during their tenure as members of the Executive Committee. The Board also values the appointment of H.E. Eng. Abdulrahman Abdulmohsen AlFadley and Mr. Mohamed Galal Fahmy to the Executive Committee, as well as the appointment of Dr. Nasser Zaid Almeshary to the Nomination and Remuneration Committee, and looks forward to the expertise and valuable contributions that the members will bring in supporting the work of the committees and enhancing their effectiveness.
