Ladun Investment Co. announces its Interim Financial results for the Period Ending on 2026-03-31 ( Three Months )

Ladun Investment Co. reported a net loss of SAR 39.77 million for the first quarter ending March 31, 2026, a significant 614% increase in losses compared to the SAR 5.57 million loss in the same period last year. Despite the year-on-year decline, the net loss improved by 31% compared to the previous quarter's loss of SAR 57.63 million.
Quarterly revenue dropped 49.8% year-on-year to SAR 163.28 million, primarily due to a SAR 145 million decline in the Real Estate Development segment following the completion and handover of major off-plan projects.
