Results of BOD Meeting

Sukoon Takaful PJSC Board of Directors approved the company's financial statements for the second quarter (Q2) of 2026 during its meeting on July 29, 2026.
The Board approved the company's Recovery Plan along with updated Compliance and Anti-Money Laundering (AML) policies.
Approval was granted for the composition of the Board Committees and general business matters were discussed.
