It is expected to attract significant footfall and holds the distinction of being the first mall in the Kingdom to receive LEED Gold certification. The project also features the first international-standard luxury wing of its kind, alongside a comprehensive portfolio of retailers and tenants across entertainment, lifestyle, luxury, and F&B.
