Tariq Karim Al-Ruwaili, a member of the Nominations and Remuneration Committee, which he submitted on 1/5/2026 AD for personal reasons. The Board extends its sincere thanks and appreciation to Eng. Tariq Karim Al-Ruwaili for his dedicated service during his tenure on the Nominations and Remuneration Committee and wishes him continued success. The Board also approved the appointment of Eng. Nasser Sanhat Bader Al-Shatir as a member of the Nominations and Remuneration Committee, effective 13/5/2026 AD, to complete the remaining term of the current committee. We wish him all the best. Eng. Nasser Sanhat Bader Al-Shatir holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering from King Saud University. He has also completed several specialized programs and courses in project management, risk management, organizational excellence, and strategic planning, in addition to being a certified trainer. Engineer Nasser Sanhat Bader Al-Shatir also possesses over 30 years of leadership and administrative experience in the fields of public administration, municipal development and management, and technical affairs. Throughout his career, he has held several leadership positions within the Ministry of Municipal and Rural Affairs, most notably Deputy Secretary of a Region and Mayor, in addition to serving as an advisor and Director of the Advisors Department.
