Introduction	Methanol Chemicals Company (Chemanol) wishes to clarify to its esteemed shareholders its inability to publish its annual financial results for the period ending 31-12-2025, along with the Board of Directors' report, on the Saudi Exchange (Tadawul) website within the specified statutory deadline.
The reason and obstacles for the inability to post the financial results within the legal period	The audit procedures have not yet been completed as of this date, due to certain requirements under review with the external auditor.
A timetable for the procedures taken or to be taken by the company to post the financial results	The Company is working with the external auditor to complete the remaining audit procedures after which the financial statements and the final approved report can be provided by the External Auditor. Subsequently, the Audit Committee will convene to discuss the results and recommend them to the Board of Directors for approval.
The expected date for posting the financial results	Within the statutory grace period of 20 trading sessions, no later than 29/04/2026.
