Results of BOD Meeting by circulation

Al Ansari Financial Services announced Board of Directors leadership appointments following a resolution by circulation on March 27, 2026.
Mr. Mohammad Ali Abulhassan Al Ansari was appointed as the Chairman of the Board of Directors.
Mr. Fuad Ali Abulhassan Al Ansari was appointed as the Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors.
The Board also finalized the appointment of chairpersons and members for its various internal committees.
